Ways you qualify

This ERC program is for businesses, churches and ministries with less than 500 W2 employees whose business and/or revenue was impacted by the pandemic.

If your business was Fully or Partial shut down by state or local government or your business revenue was impacted, you qualify.

Here are other ways to qualify as well. If the pandemic forced you to:

• · Cost of supplies increased
• · Employees had to quarantine
• · Extra cleaning was made
• · The business had a reduction in services or goods
• · They had to switch to more online or less face to face
• · They had a hard time finding staffing
• · They had to raise the minimum wage
• · Normal business hours had to be adjusted
• · They had to have social distancing
• · Additional subscriptions were purchased
• · Employees had fear of working either because of COVID or the vaccine
• · They had supply chain interruptions or delays
• · Change hours of operation
• · Move your business outside
• · Change the way you interact with vendors
• · Forced your employees to work from home
• · Cancelled business events
• · Made you change or extend your hours
• · If you suffered from supply chain issues, you can qualify for this program.
